2. Preparation

  • Stir low-fat quark until smooth with milk.
  • Add Chunky Flavour, cocoa powder, and More Pudding powder to the quark and divide the quark mixture into 2 bowls.
  • Now whip 200 ml light cream with 25 g of one type of Iced Coffee powder.
  • In a separate bowl, whip another 200 ml light cream with 25 g of a different type of Iced Coffee powder.
  • Fold the coffee creams into each portion of the quark mixture to create 2 different cream-quark mixtures.
  • Then layer the creams alternately in 2 glasses.
  • Finally, dust with cocoa.
