Terms and Conditions – Black Week Giveaway

1. Subject of the terms of use and participation

1.1 Quality First GmbH, Werner-von-Siemens-Straße 8, 25337 Elmshorn, Germany ("Organizer") is organizing a prize draw ("Prize Draw"). The prize draw will be published on the Organizer's https://morenutrition.de/ website, the Instagram account @morenutrition.de, the TikTok account @morenutrition.de, the Snapchat account @morenutrition and the WhatsApp channel @More ("Social Media Presence").

1.2 The Prize Draws organized by the Organizer on Social Media Presence are in no way affiliated with Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok Technology Limited or Snap Inc. and their affiliated companies and are not managed, sponsored, supported or organized by Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok Technology Limited or Snap Inc. and their affiliated companies. All questions, comments, concerns and complaints regarding Prize Draws should not be directed to Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok Technology Limited or Snap Inc., but to the Organizer.

1.3 These terms and conditions of participation govern the conditions for participation in the Prize Draws as well as any necessary transfer of rights.

2.1 The participation period for the Prize Draw is from 02.11.2025, 10:55 a.m., to 16.11.2025, 11:59 p.m.

2.2 The Organizer reserves the right to extend the participation period by publishing a corresponding notification on Instagram. If the participation period is extended, it is possible that the further prize processing will change.

3. Conditions of participation

3.1 Any natural person who is at least 18 years old and resides in Germany, Austria or Switzerland may participate in the Prize Draw ("Participant").

3.2 Only persons who have not yet received a prize are eligible to participate.

3.3 By participating in the Prize Draw , the Participant accepts these terms and conditions of participation.

1.4 Participation in the Prize Draw is free of charge and exclusively subject to these terms and conditions of participation.

4.2 The prerequisite for participating in the Prize Draw is to fill out the online registration form (Typeform) and to place an order on https://morenutrition.de/ during the campaign period that includes at least one promotional product. Promotional products do not include cookbooks or recipe books.

4.3 All Participants in the Prize Draw who meet the requirements set out in sections 3 and 4 at the time of the draw will be considered.

4.4 After the participation deadline, the winner will be determined by the Organizer from among all eligible participants. The determination will be made either by using a prize draw app from an external service provider or by drawing lots. In both cases, the winners will be drawn at random.

4.5 Winners will be notified by email.

4.6 Each notified winner is obliged to inform the Organizer whether they accept the prize within 2 days of contact, stating their first and last name, email address, and postal address.

4.7 If it is not possible to contact the winner or the Organizer does not receive a corresponding message within this period, the possibility of accepting the prize will expire and the Organizer reserves the right to determine another Participant and notify them accordingly.

4.8 Should the contact details provided by the winner (e.g., email address or postal address) be incorrect or untrue, the Organizer is not obliged to ascertain the correct data. The disadvantages resulting from incorrect contact data (e.g., undeliverability, return, etc.) shall be borne by the winner.

5. Prize

5.1 Among all Participants, the Organizer will raffle various prizes ("Prize"). The prizes include the following products:

5.2 Cash payout, exchange or transfer of prizes (both vouchers and material prizes) is excluded for all Prize Draws.

5.3 The Organizer is only liable for damages incurred by the winner due to material and/or legal defects in the event of malice, intent, or gross negligence. Otherwise, liability for material and/or legal defects is excluded.

5.4 The winner is solely responsible for any taxation of the prize.

6. Exclusion from the Prize Draw

6.1 A violation of these terms and conditions of participation entitles the Organizer to exclude individual or multiple Participants from participating in the Prize Draw. This applies in particular if false information is provided or third-party rights (personality/copyrights) are violated.

6.2 In addition, the Organizer may exclude individual or multiple Participants from participation in the Prize Draw if the participation process and/or the prize draw page is manipulated or attempted to be manipulated, and/or if these terms and conditions of participation are violated, and/or if the Prize Draw or its execution is attempted to be influenced in an unfair and/or improper manner, in particular by disrupting the software used. In these cases, prizes may also be revoked and reclaimed retroactively.

6.3 Persons who do not meet the requirements according to sections 3 and 4 are excluded from participation.

6.4 Employees of the Organizer or an affiliated company, as well as other persons involved in the development and execution of these Prize Draws, are excluded from participation.

7. Premature termination, adaptation or modification of the Prize Draw

7.1 The Organizer is entitled to prematurely terminate, adapt, or modify the Prize Draw at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons, if proper execution of the Prize Draw cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons without appropriate measures.
