1. Organizer

The organizer of the competition is Quality First GmbH, Werner-von-Siemens-Str. 8, 25337 Elmshorn, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer").

2. Eligibility

Eligible to participate are all natural persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation. Participants must reside in the EU, Switzerland or the United Kingdom.
Participation from Italy or Portugal is excluded.

Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members – including spouses, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses – are excluded from participation.

Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person is permitted.

To be eligible to participate, participants must comply with these rules. Violation of these rules will result in disqualification. The Organizer is entitled to verify the eligibility of each participant.

3. Participation Requirements

To participate in the competition, participants must have internet access, a valid email address and – in the case of weekly challenges – an Instagram account. Communication regarding the competition will take place either by email or by direct message to the respective Instagram account.

False or fraudulent email addresses or accounts provided by the participant will lead to disqualification.

4. Participation

The competition includes a transformation challenge. This challenge consists of four (4) different body transformation categories in which participants compete against each other:

Category Timeframe Weight Change
1 2023–2026 up to 34 KG (≈ 75 lbs)
2 2023–2026 35 – 68 KG (≈ 76–150 lbs)
3 2022–2026 above 68 KG (≈ 150+ lbs)
4 02.01.2026 - 31.03.2026 any

To participate, entrants must register via the [More Landing Page] and upload a “before” photo. On the “before” photo, entrants must visibly hold a fork in their hand for photo authentication.

Multiple entries, e.g., through multiple registrations, are not permitted.

During the competition, participants may optionally publish one (1) Reel or Feed Post per week (i.e., a total of thirteen (13) posts during the participation period according to Section 7) on their Instagram account (hereinafter referred to as "Posts"). These posts must show the personal transformation progress and include the following tags:

#RoadtoFIBO, #TeamMORE and #MORETransformation2026

Multiple entries, e.g., via multiple Instagram accounts, are not permitted.

To complete participation, participants must submit an “after” photo and their personal transformation story via the landing page mentioned in Section 4.2 by the end of the participation period according to Section 7.
Multiple entries, e.g., by submitting multiple "after" photos, are not permitted.

Full-body photos/videos are best suited to show the participant's complete transformation. These must show the participant either in swimwear or tight sportswear, so that the body silhouette is clearly recognizable. The participant's face does not have to be recognizable. However, the recordings must show that it is the same person (e.g., by using the same background or clothing).

Posts or before/after photos will be rejected if they (i) were submitted by a person other than the one depicted, (ii) originate from model agencies or similarly professionally produced sources, or (iii) have been retouched or edited.

By publishing the posts or uploading the before/after photos, participants agree that these may be used on the Organizer's Instagram account and on affiliated or related websites for marketing and promotional purposes. For this purpose, participants grant the Organizer a simple, royalty-free, unlimited in time, content and space right of use, including public accessibility, reproduction and editing for any purpose and in all media. Participants assure that they hold all rights to the posts or before/after photos, that the posts or before/after photos are free of third-party rights and that no personal rights are violated. If several people are depicted, they must agree to the publication. Upon request, participants must confirm this in writing. Should third parties nevertheless assert claims due to legal violations, participants shall indemnify the Organizer from all claims, including the costs of legal defense. Participants waive their right to be named as authors, to the extent permitted by law.

Posts or before/after photos that violate applicable German law or third-party rights are excluded from participation.

By participating in FIBO 2026 and/or the Summer Shredding Finals 2026, participants agree to appear on stage in front of an audience under competitive conditions – i.e., in swimwear or similar clothing – and to be judged by a jury.

The use of illegal or prohibited substances to enhance results is prohibited. Participants may be required to undergo tests and/or sign an affidavit,
confirming that their transformation was achieved without illegal substances. In the event of a positive test or refusal to sign the declaration,
the Organizer may disqualify the participant. In this case, the participant loses all rights to participate and receive prizes. The Organizer will appoint a substitute participant within fourteen (14) days. The provisions of Section 6 apply accordingly to their acceptance. The substitute participant cannot claim any travel that has already taken place.

The Organizer reserves the right to take legal action against participants who violate these terms.
