Ingredients
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 2 rusks
- 10 g coconut flakes
- 5 g flaked almonds
- 1 scoop Chunky Flavour "White Choc Coconut"
Preparation
1. Stir the quark with a splash of water until creamy.
2. Then add the Chunky Flavour and coconut flakes (reserving a few for the topping) and mix.
3. Crumble the rusks and then spread them over the quark mixture.
4. Top with the flaked almonds and a few coconut flakes. If desired, you can also add a Raffaello as a topping.
