Ingredients (approx. 12 crêpes)
- 500 ml almond milk
- 200 g spelt flour type 630
- 50 g Total Protein "Flavorless"
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp oil or 2 Calorie Oil Spray
Spices
- 1 pinch of salt
- A pinch of Chunky Flavour "Flavorless"
Preparation
1. Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix with an immersion blender/hand blender until a smooth batter is formed. A mixer or whisk can also be used.
2. Then let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
3. Next, set a coated pan to medium heat.
4. Wipe/spray the pan with a little oil. Repeat before each subsequent crêpe.
5. Then, with a ladle, add just enough batter to the pan to barely cover the bottom, so that the crêpes become nicely thin.
6. Then let them lightly brown on both sides. The crêpes can be filled sweet or savory.
