Ingredients (2 servings)
- 125 g low-fat quark
- 70 g spelt flour
- 40 g Total Protein "Unflavored"
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 70 g grated cheese
Preparation
1. Mix all ingredients to form a smooth dough. Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add salt.
2. Place the dough in portions into a Spätzle press and press into the gently boiling water. As soon as the Spätzle float to the top of the water, they are done.
3. Repeat the process until all the dough is used up. Serve and sprinkle with cheese.
