Ingredients (13 rolls)
- 200 g spelt flour
- 50 g Total Protein "Vanilla Ice Cream"
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 9 g Chunky Flavour "Vanilla Dream"
- 2 tbsp Skyr
- 150 ml milk
- 35 g Chocolate Drops
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat.
2. Mix flour and baking powder in a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and mix to form a dough.
3. Spoon the dough with a tablespoon into 13 equal portions onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
4. Top with more chocolate drops as desired. Bake for 12–15 minutes.
