Ingredients (1 serving)

Big Mac Sauce

  • 40 g Ketchup (light)
  • 40 g yogurt 2% (Greek style)
  • 20 g mustard
  • pickle juice

Optional additions

Preparation

1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces and wash it. Finely dice the onion and pickled gherkins.

2. Prepare the gnocchi in a pot (or add them to the pan later). Fry the meat with a little oil, then add the onion.

3. Afterwards, add the cheese and mix everything briefly.

4. Put all the sauce ingredients into a bowl, mix well, and combine with the remaining ingredients in the salad. Optionally, add some Light Gourmet Sauce on top.
