Toni's Shredded Pancakes

Kaiserschmarrn Rezept

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g spelt flour
  • 25 g Total Protein "Cinnamon Sugar Cookies" or "Vanilla Ice Cream"
  • 6 g Chunky Flavour "Pudding Cream"
  • 1 small banana
  • Approx. 80 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Coconut oil for the pan

Preparation

1. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff.

2. Mash the banana and mix with the egg yolks and the remaining ingredients. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites at the end.

3. Melt some coconut oil in a pan. Pour in the batter and cook for approx. 5 minutes. Then flip, tear apart and finish cooking.

4. Arrange on a plate and enjoy.
