Ingredients:
For the cheesecake mixture:
- 300 g low-fat quark
- 400 g light cream cheese
- 200 g soy Skyr
- 1 egg
- 15 g nut butter (e.g., almond)
- 3 scoops Chunky Flavour (e.g., rice pudding with cinnamon)
- 20g cornstarch
- 3 tbsp apple sauce
Toppings:
- Light Chocolate Toppings
- Yogurt
- Apple sauce
- Almonds, sliced
Preparation:
- Mix the ingredients for the cheesecake together.
- Now divide the cheesecake cream into 2 – 3 ovenproof dishes in the following pattern:
- One layer of cheesecake cream
- Add a large dollop of applesauce to the middle and create a wild swirl with a wooden skewer
- Now cover with a second part of cheesecake cream
- Bake the cake for 40min at 140 degrees.
- After baking, let the cheesecake cool in the oven and definitely let it rest in the fridge overnight (very important).
- The next day, garnish with the toppings and ENJOY
