1. Ingredients
For the dough:
- 150 g flour
- 50 g More Protein, e.g., Vanilla Ice Cream
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 50 g light butter, melted
- 110 g erythritol
- 15 g Chunky Flavour, e.g., Vanilla Perfection
- 3 tbsp quark
- 2 eggs
For the egg mixture for frying:
- 2 eggs
- 5 g Chunky Flavour, e.g., Vanilla Perfection
- 50 ml milk / light cream
- 2 Calorie Oil Spray, for the pan
For the frosting & topping:
- 2–3 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 scoop Chunky Flavour, e.g., Butter Biscuit

2. Preparation
- Mix all ingredients for the dough and divide into 10–12 muffin cups.
