2. Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients for the dough and divide into 10–12 muffin cups.
  2. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20–22 minutes and let cool.
  3. Cut muffins horizontally, dip both sides in the egg mixture, and then fry in oil spray.
  4. Mix the frosting from cream cheese & Chunky Flavour, top the muffins with it, and add a dollop of Moremelade to taste.
