1. Ingredients (for 1 serving)

For the dip:

  1. 100 g cream cheese
  2. 100 g low-fat quark
  3. 1 tbsp protein powder, e.g. Cinnalicious or Vanilla Chocolate Chip Cookie
  4. 1 scoop flavor powder, e.g. Butter Biscuit or Vanilla Chocolate Chip Cookies
  5. 1 tsp nut butter

For dipping:

2. Preparation
