1. Pizza with Protein Base
Ingredients for the dough:
- 25 g spelt flour 630
- 75 g More Protein Cream
- 65 g low-fat quark
- Pinch of salt
For the sauce:
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp strained tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- Spices: e.g., More Spices, Garlic Powder, Dried Oregano
For the topping:
- Tomatoes
- 25 g light shredded cheese
- Basil
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (fan-assisted) and mix the tomato sauce.
- First, combine the spelt flour and More Protein with salt and baking powder. Then stir in the quark with a spoon and form a firm dough ball with your hands. This may require some finesse at first, but it will become more routine with each attempt.
- Sprinkle a little flour or protein powder on the work surface, roll out the pizza dough (turn repeatedly and dust with flour), and place it on baking paper.
- Top with the tomato sauce and desired toppings and bake in the oven for approx. 25 min – or until the desired color is achieved.
- Small tip: If it's well cooked on top and the cheese is melted, switch the oven to bottom heat.
- Take it out and enjoy.
