Ingredients:
- 1 persimmon (quartered horizontally)
- 1 scoop Chunky Flavour, e.g., Vanilla Perfection
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 KCALS Oil Spray (for the pan)
For the Yogurt Cream:
- 1 packet of Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp nut butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 scoop Chunky Flavour, e.g., Rice Pudding Cinnamon
Toppings:
- 2 tbsp almonds (sliced and toasted)
- Bourbon vanilla
- Sugar substitute
Preparation:
- Toss the persimmon slices in Chunky Flavour and fry them on both sides in 2 KCALS Oil Spray.
- Mix all ingredients for the yogurt cream well.
- Now, layer the persimmon slices alternately with the yogurt cream and garnish with the toppings.
