This rice pudding is perfect for any time of day: as a warming breakfast, a satisfying lunch or a soul-soothing dinner. The rice pudding is also excellent as a pre- or post-workout meal. 1. Ingredients (for 1 serving)
For rice pudding WITHOUT More product:
- 110 g 2-Min Express Rice (Parboiled)
- 25 g Protein Powder, e.g. More Protein Cinnalicious
- 1 Scoop Flavor Powder, e.g. Chunky Flavour Rice Pudding Cinnamon
- 20 g vanilla pudding powder
- 200 ml milk of your choice
or WITH More Protein Rice Pudding:
- 65 g More Protein Rice Pudding + Topping

For the topping:
- Chunky Flavour, e.g. Rice Pudding Cinnamon
- 0.5 pcs. apple
2. Preparation
WITHOUT More Protein Rice Pudding:
- Mix the protein powder with the pudding powder and water thoroughly with a whisk and heat in a microwave-safe container for approx. 2.5–3 minutes at 800 watts.
- Heat the express rice in the microwave according to package instructions at the same time.
- Stir the (still quite liquid) pudding mixture again with the whisk and heat for another 1.5 minutes.
- Stir again and, depending on the desired consistency, heat for another 30–45 seconds to make the pudding mixture even firmer.
- Once the pudding has reached the desired consistency, add half of the express rice and stir well.
- Dice half an apple, sweeten it slightly and heat it in the microwave for approx. 60 seconds.
- Top the rice pudding with the baked apple pieces and a little Chunky Flavour and enjoy warm.
WITH More Protein Rice Pudding:
Pour at least 170 ml of boiling water over one sachet (65 g) of More Protein Rice Pudding and add Chunky Flavour of your choice.
Stir with a whisk.
Now let it soak for 10–15 minutes, covered – depending on the desired consistency. Prepare topping as above and garnish rice pudding with it. Enjoy warm or cold.
Tip: Adjust consistency by water amount and soaking time, let it soak for at least 10 minutes.
