1. Ingredients (for two servings)
- 45 g pudding powder
- 300 ml milk
- 1 scoop Chunky Flavour, e.g. Vanilla Perfection
- 1 scoop Protein Milkshake Style, e.g. Vanilla Ice Cream
- 150 g frozen raspberries
2. Preparation
- Prepare the pudding powder with 300 ml milk in a saucepan according to package directions.
- Once the pudding has cooled, carefully stir in More Protein and Chunky Flavour and let cool completely in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Whip the pudding with a hand mixer until its volume significantly increases and a fluffy pudding forms, then divide into 2 small glasses.
