1. Ingredients (for 3 servings)

  • 175 g low-fat cream cheese, yogurt or Balance
  • 250 g quark (20% fat content)
  • 75 ml light whipping cream (19% fat content)
  • 1 espresso
  • 35 g Protein Pudding Powder, e.g., More Protein Pudding
  • 15 g Flavor Powder, e.g., Chunky Flavor Vanilla Perfection***

Optional Topping:

  • Cocoa powder

2. Preparation

  • Mix crumble ingredients and divide among 3 glasses.
  • Whip cream with a hand mixer and also divide among the 3 glasses.
  • Sieve some cocoa powder over the top.
