1. Ingredients (for 1 serving)
For the dough:
- 1 egg
- 25 g Protein Iced Matcha Latte
- 2 scoops flavor powder, e.g. Chunky Flavour Vanilla Perfection or Butter Biscuit
- 25 g spelt flour
- approx. 100 ml almond milk
- 50 g Skyr
- 1 tsp baking powder
Optional toppings:
- Fresh strawberries

- Shredded coconut
2. Preparation
In a microwave-safe mug, thoroughly mix all ingredients with a small whisk until a smooth, creamy dough is formed.
