1. Ingredients (for 2-3 servings)
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 45 g Protein Coffee, e.g. Iced Coffee Dark Chocolate Lover
- 45 g Protein Pudding Powder, e.g. More Protein Pudding
- 100 ml milk
- 3 g flavor powder, e.g. Chunky Dark Cookie Crumble
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 200 ml light cream (19% fat content)
Toppings
- Cocoa powder
- Cinnamon
- Chocolate drops
2. Preparation
Mix all ingredients (except light cream) for the mousse in a high-speed blender (really vigorously for 2-3 minutes on high speed) until a creamy, fluffy mousse is formed.
Whip the light cream and carefully fold it into the mixture.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
Top with cocoa powder, cinnamon or chocolate drops – done!
