1. Ingredients (for 10–15 pralines)
For the praline mixture:
- 50 g instant oat flakes
- 50 g protein powder, e.g., More Protein Chocolate Drink
- 2 scoops flavor powder, e.g., Chunky Flavour Dark Cookie Crumble
- 1 scoop Chunky Flavour, e.g., Fudge Brownie
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 185–200 ml light whipping cream
For the chocolate coating:
- 50 g Light Chocolate Toppings, white
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Optional toppings:
- Moremelade, e.g., strawberry
- Hazelnuts, ground
2. Preparation
- Mix ingredients for the praline mixture until a firm & malleable dough is formed (add a little more cream if necessary).
- Roll 10–15 balls from the dough and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt chocolate with coconut oil over a hot water bath.
- Dip the pralines one by one into the melted chocolate, carefully place them on baking paper, and let them set in the refrigerator for a short time (this makes the chocolate layer nice and crispy).
- Then top the pralines with Moremelade and nuts as desired.
- For gifting or hiding, put them in small bags and enjoy them slightly chilled.
