1. Ingredients (for 10–15 pralines)

2. Preparation

  • Mix ingredients for the praline mixture until a firm & malleable dough is formed (add a little more cream if necessary).
  • Roll 10–15 balls from the dough and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, melt chocolate with coconut oil over a hot water bath.
  • Dip the pralines one by one into the melted chocolate, carefully place them on baking paper, and let them set in the refrigerator for a short time (this makes the chocolate layer nice and crispy).
  • Then top the pralines with Moremelade and nuts as desired.
  • For gifting or hiding, put them in small bags and enjoy them slightly chilled.
