1. Ingredients
Curd:
- 1 cup curd / Skyr (250 g)
- 15 g More Protein Pudding
- 1 Scoop Chunky Flavour, e.g. White Chocolate
Peanut Butter Cream:
- 1.5 tbsp Light Peanut Butter Cream
- Optional: 1 tsp Nut Butter, e.g. Almond Coconut
Toppings:
- 1 tbsp Light Chocolate Toppings White, melted
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Pinch of salt

2. Preparation
- Mix quark with Protein Pudding & Chunky Flavour.
- Mix peanut butter cream and add enough milk until a thick consistency is achieved.
- First spread peanut butter cream and then the melted Light Chocolate Toppings over the quark.
- Swirl with a spoon over the peanut butter cream and chocolate to create a pattern.
- Top the quark with a pinch of salt, refrigerate for 10–15 minutes – for that satisfying crunch when breaking through the hard chocolate layer.
