2. Preparation
- Cut zucchini into spaghetti, known as zoodles, with a spiralizer.
- Fry the ham in a pan.
- Whisk eggs, milk, cheese, and protein powder. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Add zoodles to the pan and sauté.
- Turn off the stove.
- Add the sauce to the pan and warm it with the remaining residual heat.
