1. Ingredients (for 1 serving)

  • 50 g spelt flour 630
  • 13 g More Protein Cream
  • 37 g low-fat quark or skyr
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Spice blends, e.g., More Spices (for seasoning)
  • Optional: 0.5 tsp olive oil

2. Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients into a bowl, mix roughly with a spoon, and then knead with your hands into a smooth, pliable dough.
  2. Form the dough into a ball and roll it out into a flatbread on a well-floured surface.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan until it starts to smoke slightly. Then fry the flatbreads (without adding fat) from both sides.
