With this Protein Pudding Fluff made from just a few ingredients – and with the help of the secret high-volume trick for incredible fluffiness and good satiety, completely without xanthan gum. 1. Ingredients for 1 serving
25 g More Protein, e.g. Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Scoop Chunky Flavour**, e.g. Vanilla Perfection
50 g pudding powder
1 tbsp quark
400 ml almond milk
Splash of sparkling water
Toppings:
- Raspberries
- Nut crunch
2. Preparation
Mix More Protein, More Protein Pudding, pudding powder, Chunky Flavour and almond milk well with a whisk and heat in a microwave-safe container at 800 watts for 2 minutes.
Stir the pudding mixture again with the whisk and heat again in 2x 30-second intervals. (Alternatively, prepare in a saucepan on the stove.)
Allow the pudding to cool completely until it has set.
Add the quark and a splash of sparkling water to the cooled pudding and whip with a hand mixer for 2 minutes until creamy and fluffy.
The amount of liquid can be increased slightly depending on the desired consistency.
Top the Protein Pudding Fluff as desired and enjoy.
