1. Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • 700 g low-fat quark
  1. 60 ml almond milk (unsweetened)
  2. 100 ml light cream (19% fat)
  3. 8 sugar-free ladyfingers
  4. A little cold coffee or milk
  5. Tip: Protein Coffee instead of coffee for extra protein and flavor – with Coffee Lover or Dark Chocolate Lover
  6. 15 g baking cocoa
  7. 40 g protein powder, e.g. More Protein Cream
  8. 12 g flavor powder, e.g. Chunky Flavour Vanilla Perfection

2. Preparation

  1. Mix the More Protein Cream with the almond milk, then combine with the low-fat quark.
  2. Sweeten the quark mixture with Chunky Flavour Vanilla Perfection and set aside.
  3. Whip the light cream and fold it into the quark mixture.
  4. Place two ladyfingers into each of four small bowls, pour a little cold coffee or milk over them, and top with the quark-cream mixture.
  5. Smooth the surface and sprinkle with baking cocoa.
  6. The dessert can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, making it perfect for meal prep.
