1. Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- 700 g low-fat quark
- 60 ml almond milk (unsweetened)
- 100 ml light cream (19% fat)
- 8 sugar-free ladyfingers
- A little cold coffee or milk
- Tip: Protein Coffee instead of coffee for extra protein and flavor – with Coffee Lover or Dark Chocolate Lover
- 15 g baking cocoa
- 40 g protein powder, e.g. More Protein Cream
- 12 g flavor powder, e.g. Chunky Flavour Vanilla Perfection
2. Preparation
- Mix the More Protein Cream with the almond milk, then combine with the low-fat quark.
- Sweeten the quark mixture with Chunky Flavour Vanilla Perfection and set aside.
- Whip the light cream and fold it into the quark mixture.
- Place two ladyfingers into each of four small bowls, pour a little cold coffee or milk over them, and top with the quark-cream mixture.
- Smooth the surface and sprinkle with baking cocoa.
- The dessert can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, making it perfect for meal prep.
