Ingredients:
For the Cookie Dough:
- 80 g flour
- 40 g More Protein powder (flavour of your choice)
- 25 g ground almonds
- 50 g butter
- 50 g No More Sugar substitute
- 125 g (protein) vanilla pudding (see tip)
- 1 scoop Chunky Flavour, e.g. Vanilla Perfection
- 1 pinch of Bourbon vanilla
- 2–3 tbsp Light Chocolate Topping
Also:
- 1 pack of salted pretzels
Toppings
- 100 g Light Chocolate Toppings, melted
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Sea salt
Tip: optional with More Protein Pudding:
- 100 g Protein Pudding
- 100 ml milk
- 1 scoop Chunky Flavour, e.g. Vanilla Perfection
Preparation in under 5 min:
- Whisk the butter and sugar substitute (erythritol) with a mixer until foamy.
- Then add the remaining ingredients and continue to mix on a low setting until a thick, slightly crumbly dough has formed.

Tip: Add more flour if the dough is too liquid.
- Form pretzel sandwiches: Press a small ball of dough between two salted pretzels.
- Now carefully melt the Light Chocolate Toppings with the coconut oil.
- Dip the pretzel sandwich bites halfway into the melted chocolate and place them on parchment paper.
- Now simply garnish with a pinch of sea salt and allow to set.
Tip: The bites taste best cold from the fridge!
