1. Ingredients (1 serving)
- 120 g Protein Cornflakes, Cinnamon or Chocolate
- 200 g Sugar-free chocolate
- 1 Scoop Chunky Flavour, e.g., Fine Milk Chocolate
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
Optional Add-Ons:
- Chopped nuts
- Dried fruits, e.g., raisins
- Freeze-dried berries, e.g., raspberries
2. Preparation
- Crush the cereals slightly, preferably in a bag and with the bottom of a bottle or a rolling pin.
- Mix with optional add-ons (nuts/fruits) as desired.
- Now melt the sugar-free chocolate with coconut oil in a double boiler or in the microwave, then sweeten with Chunky Flavour.
- Pour the liquid chocolate completely over the crushed cereals or the cereal-nut-fruit mixture.
- Mix everything together until the entire mixture is coated with a layer of chocolate.
- Now form small "mounds" with two spoons and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let the clusters cool in the refrigerator until firm (10–15 min.).
