  1. Stir the ingredients for the cheesecake cream in a mixing bowl with a whisk.
  2. Divide the cheesecake cream into 2-3 ovenproof dishes.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes at 140°C.
  4. Let the cheesecake cool completely in the oven and rest overnight in the refrigerator (important for a creamy consistency).
  5. The next day, garnish with the toppings and enjoy.
