1. Ingredients for 1-3 servings
For the cheesecake cream:
- 300 g low-fat quark
- 450 g light cream cheese
- 250 g soy skyr
- 2 eggs
- 15 g Chunky Flavour, e.g. Cherry Yoghurt & Stracciatella*
- 20 g cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Foodist cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Moremelade, Cherry
Toppings:
- Light Chocolate Toppings milk chocolate, melted
- Moremelade Cherry
- Nut Butter
2. Preparation
- Stir the ingredients for the cheesecake cream in a mixing bowl with a whisk.
- Divide the cheesecake cream into 2-3 ovenproof dishes.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 140°C.
- Let the cheesecake cool completely in the oven and rest overnight in the refrigerator (important for a creamy consistency).
- The next day, garnish with the toppings and enjoy.
