1. Ingredients
- 100 g Light Chocolate Drops, Dark Chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 125 g fresh blueberries
Toppings:
- 1 tbsp hazelnuts or chocolate-covered nuts
- 1 tsp nut butter
- Sea salt
2. Preparation
- Melt the chocolate drops with the coconut oil in a water bath or in the microwave (at low wattage and with breaks).
- Place several small dollops of the melted chocolate on baking paper.
- Place 3 blueberries on each dollop like a small nest and top with a hazelnut.
- Top the small pyramids with more chocolate so they don't fall apart after cooling.
- Finally, garnish with nut butter & sea salt, let cool in the refrigerator and enjoy.
