2. Preparation

  • Mix semolina, our flavor powder (Chunky Flavour), and cocoa powder in a bowl.
  • Heat the milk in a pot until it simmers lightly.
  • Add the dry mixture while continuously stirring with a whisk.
  • Turn off the hob and continue stirring until a thick consistency is formed.
  • Remove the pot from the hob and let it cool down briefly.
  • Optional: Only now stir in the protein powder.
  • Then add the baking powder and mix with a hand mixer (important!). A fluffy consistency should be created. If the mixture is too firm, feel free to add a splash of water/milk. The baking powder provides the "magic" in the semolina, making the mixture fluffy and airy.
  • Now, top as desired – e.g., with fruit spread without sugar – and enjoy.
