1. Pink Grapefruit Spritz Recipe
Ingredients
- 50 ml (5cl) non-alcoholic sparkling wine
- 40–50 ml sparkling water
- Dash of Zerup Pink Grapefruit
- Grapefruit slice
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Pour non-alcoholic sparkling wine into a wine glass, add ice cubes, and top with sparkling water.
- Add a dash of sugar-free syrup, stir gently, and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
2. Peach Margarita Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 small peach, peeled and roughly chopped
- 40 ml (non-alcoholic) tequila
- 20 ml (non-alcoholic) peach schnapps
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Lime wheels or peach slices for garnish
- Dash of Zerup Peach Iced Tea
- 40–50 ml sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Place chopped peaches in a food processor or blender. Puree completely.
- Rub the rim of a chilled glass with a lime wedge.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, peach schnapps, lime juice, sugar-free syrup, and 2 tsp peach puree. Add ice and shake vigorously until the shaker is frosted on the outside.
- Strain into the prepared glass and top with a little sparkling water. Garnish with a peach slice or a lime wedge.
3. Hugo Spritz Recipe
Ingredients:
- 150 ml sparkling mineral water or non-alcoholic sparkling wine
- Zerup Elderflower
- 1–2 slices of lime
- Fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Place mint and lime slices in a wine glass.
- Add ice cubes.
- Add elderflower syrup. (1–3 squeezes, depending on preference)
- Top with mineral water or non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
- Stir briefly and decorate with mint.
4. Berry Fizz Recipe
Ingredients:
- 50 g strawberry puree or raspberry puree (fresh or frozen)
- 100 ml water + Zerup Red Apple
- 100 ml sparkling mineral water
- Fresh berries & mint
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Mix 100 ml water with Zerup. (1–2 squeezes, depending on preference)
- Stir puree and zero-apple juice together.
- Add ice to the glass, pour the puree-juice mixture over it.
- Top with sparkling water, stir lightly.
- Decorate with berries and mint.
5. Cherry Kiss Recipe
Ingredients:
- 100 ml water + Zerup Cherry
- 50 ml water + Zerup Capri Orange
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 100 ml Ginger Ale Zero or mineral water
- Ice cubes
- Cocktail cherry & orange slice
Preparation:
- Mix 100 ml water with Zerup Cherry. (1–2 squeezes, depending on preference)
- Mix 50 ml water with Zerup Capri Orange. (1 generous squeeze)
- Mix zero-cherry juice, zero-orange juice, and lemon juice well in a shaker or directly in the glass.
- Add ice to the glass and pour the juice mixture over it.
- Top with Ginger Ale Zero or mineral water.
- Stir lightly and garnish with a cocktail cherry and orange slice.
