1. The survey is organized by Quality First GmbH, Gorch-Fock-Wall 1A, 20354 Hamburg (hereinafter "we" or "us").

2. You can participate in the survey if you are at least 18 years old.

3. By clicking on the voting link, you confirm that you agree to the following terms and conditions.

4. You will be redirected to the voting page via the received link.

5. There you log in with your customer account, as this is the only way we can mark your account and guarantee you early access.

6. If you do not yet have a customer account with us, please create one first. Once you are logged in, you can vote.

7. For the voting process, we process your email address, your customer number, and the voting result.

8. We will announce the flavor winner as soon as possible. Participants will receive the Early Access code at the provided email address.

10. A violation of these terms and conditions of participation entitles us to exclude you from participating in Early Access. This applies in particular if incorrect information is provided.
