Ingredients (3 small cakes)
- 150 g low-fat quark
- 50 g natural yogurt
- 1 egg (separated)
- 20 g durum wheat semolina
- 50 g frozen blueberries
- Chunky Flavour "Blueberry Cheesecake"
- Optional: 20 g erythritol
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C convection.
2. Mix the egg yolk with the Chunky Flavour, quark, yogurt, and semolina. Beat the egg white in a separate bowl until stiff and fold in.
3. Divide into 3 molds, top with blueberries, and bake in the oven for approx. 25 minutes. Let cool slowly with the oven door slightly ajar.
4. Once cooled, they can be easily removed from the mold or eaten directly as is.
