Ingredients (2 pieces)
Hotdog Buns
- 100 g Total Protein Pizza Mix
- 90 ml water
Filling
- 2 poultry frankfurters
- Lettuce, gherkins, corn & fresh roasted onions
Topping
- 30 g Light Sauce “Cheddar Cheese”
- 30 g Light Ketchup
- Paprika powder
- Parsley
Preparation
1. Prepare the protein pizza mix and let it rise, covered, for approx. 45 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C convection and roll out two elongated buns from the dough. Bake for approx. 15 minutes in the oven or until golden brown on the outside.
3. Roast the onion rings in a lightly greased pan and prepare the side dishes. Optionally, you can also caramelize the onions with some Chunky Flavour “Salted Caramel”.
4. Let the buns cool, cut them in the middle and fill them as desired (see illustration).
