Ingredients (2 servings)
- 160 g farfalle or other pasta (uncooked)
- 100 g tomato paste
- 400 g cherry tomatoes (or other)
- 125 g mini mozzarella (light)
Spices
- More Spices “Knobi-Licious” & “Italian Allrounder”
- Fresh basil
Preparation
1. Put tomato paste in the pan and pour in 700 ml of boiling water.
2. Add spices (except fresh basil) and stir.
3. Add uncooked pasta and cook everything with the lid closed over medium heat. Stir occasionally. If necessary, add a little more water and wait until the pasta has the desired al dente consistency.
4. Finally, add the tomatoes and mozzarella so that they only heat through.
5. Garnish with fresh basil.
