Ingredients (approx. 22 pieces)
Buns
- 3 onions
- 120 g Total Protein Pizza
- 200 g low-fat quark
- 100 g grated cheese (light)
- 75 g diced ham (light)
- 1 whole egg
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3 tbsp water
- Herbs & spices of choice
- 1 Scoop Chunky Flavour "Salted Caramel"
Dip
- 250 g Skyr
- 15 g Light Peanut Creme
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Herbs & spices of choice
- Onions (finely chopped)
- 1 Scoop Chunky Flavour "Salted Caramel"
Preparation
1. Sauté onions with a little Chunky.
2. Mix quark, cheese, ham, pizza dough, baking powder, herbs, egg, and a splash of water with the onions.
3. Form small buns with a spoon.
4. Sprinkle with some cheese and bake in the oven at 250°C for 15 minutes.
5. In the meantime, mix Skyr, a little lime juice, salt, and Light Peanut Creme.
6. Garnish with the remaining sautéed onions and Light Peanut Creme.
