Ingredients
- 6 sheets gelatin
- 250 ml hot water
- 200 g Skyr
- 20 g Total Protein "Raspberry Yogurt"
- 2 scoops Chunky Flavour "Lemon Cheesecake"
- 150 g frozen berries
- Optional: 15 g nuts, 15 g dark chocolate/chocolate drops
Preparation
1. Soak the gelatin in cold water in the Blender Bottle for 2 minutes.
2. Drain the cold water, add approx. 200 ml hot water and dissolve the gelatin in it.
3. Add Skyr, Total Protein, Chunky Flavour and the Blender Ball and shake thoroughly.
4. Place the frozen berries in a bowl and pour the "Götterspeise" mixture over them. Top as desired.
5. Let chill in the refrigerator for several hours and enjoy.
