Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices whole wheat toast
- 50 g avocado
- 2 slices sandwich cheese (light)
- 2 slices chicken cold cuts
- 2 leaves romaine lettuce
- More Spices "Knobi-Licious"
- Optional: Sliced tomato & cucumber
Preparation
1. Whisk the eggs and seasoning. Pour into a lightly greased pan and let it set slightly.
2. Place the toast slices side by side on top of the egg. Flip everything over.
3. Add the remaining toppings to both halves, fold and enjoy.
