1. Ingredients (for 1 serving)
2 apples (e.g. Elstar or Boskop)
2 tbsp sugar substitute, e.g. No More Sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
A few dashes of Zerup Barista Amaretto or Zerup Barista Salted Caramel
Crumble:
85 g flour
30 g low-fat quark
25 g More Protein Cream
40 g butter (cold, in small pieces)
50 g sugar substitute, e.g. No More Sugar
40 g flaked almonds
1 pinch of salt
Toppings:
- Vanilla ice cream
- light whipped cream
2. Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat).
Peel, core, and cut apples into small pieces.
Mix in a bowl with the remaining ingredients.
Transfer to an ovenproof dish.
For the crumble, knead all ingredients until coarse crumbles form.
Sprinkle the crumble over the apples.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and fragrant.
Serve warm – ideally with vanilla ice cream or cream. 🤎
