1. Ingredients (for 1 serving)


Crumble:

  • 85 g flour

  • 30 g low-fat quark

  • 25 g More Protein Cream

  • 40 g butter (cold, in small pieces)

  • 50 g sugar substitute, e.g. No More Sugar

  • 40 g flaked almonds

  • 1 pinch of salt


Toppings:

  • Vanilla ice cream
  • light whipped cream

2. Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat).

  • Peel, core, and cut apples into small pieces.

  • Mix in a bowl with the remaining ingredients.

  • Transfer to an ovenproof dish.

  • For the crumble, knead all ingredients until coarse crumbles form.

  • Sprinkle the crumble over the apples.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and fragrant.

  • Serve warm – ideally with vanilla ice cream or cream. 🤎
