1. Ingredients (for an 18 cm springform pan)

2. Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) top/bottom heat and grease the bottom of a springform pan (18 cm).
  • Mix all ingredients for the dough.
  • Pour the dough into the pan and top with apple slices & almonds.
  • For the crumbles, crumble all ingredients by hand and sprinkle over the cake.
  • Bake the cake for approx. 40 minutes. If the crumbles get too dark, cover with aluminum foil.
