1. Ingredients (for 1 serving)

  1. 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
  2. 1 scoop More Protein Cream (or Vanilla Ice Cream or Strawberry Milkshake)
  3. 100 blueberries and / or raspberries
  4. 1 handful of ice cubes
  5. Zerup Barista Vanilla or Chunky Flavor

Optional as topping:

  1. Light whipped cream
  2. Fresh blueberries
  3. Splash Barista Zerup

2. Preparation

  • Add all ingredients except the berries to a blender.
  1. Blend until the consistency is creamy. The ice cubes and More Protein will make it extra frothy.
  2. Crush the berries and place them in a large glass.
  3. Pour the prepared shake over them.
  4. Optionally top with whipped cream and a few fresh blueberries or a little more Barista Zerup.


Tip: For extra creaminess, you can also blend in some yogurt or half a banana. (Changes nutritional values.)
