1. Ingredients (for 1 serving)
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop More Protein Cream (or Vanilla Ice Cream or Strawberry Milkshake)
- 100 blueberries and / or raspberries
- 1 handful of ice cubes
- Zerup Barista Vanilla or Chunky Flavor
Optional as topping:
- Light whipped cream
- Fresh blueberries
- Splash Barista Zerup
2. Preparation
- Add all ingredients except the berries to a blender.
- Blend until the consistency is creamy. The ice cubes and More Protein will make it extra frothy.
- Crush the berries and place them in a large glass.
- Pour the prepared shake over them.
- Optionally top with whipped cream and a few fresh blueberries or a little more Barista Zerup.
Tip: For extra creaminess, you can also blend in some yogurt or half a banana. (Changes nutritional values.)
