1. Ingredients (for 6 servings)
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 250 g light mascarpone (24% fat content)
- 75 g sugar substitute, ground to powder, e.g., No More Sugar
- 2 scoops flavor powder, e.g., Chunky Flavour Neutral
- 200 g ladyfingers
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 25 g More Protein Iced Chai Latte (prepared in a shaker with 100 ml milk)
- Dash of syrup for coffee, e.g., Zerup Barista Salted Caramel
- 1 tsp Protein Iced Chai Latte mixed with 3 tsp cocoa powder
2. Preparation
- Cream low-fat quark, mascarpone, No More Sugar & Chunky Flavour.
- Stir in egg yolks. Beat egg whites until stiff and carefully fold in.
- Prepare Protein Iced Chai Latte (with milk + Salted Caramel Zerup).
- Briefly soak ladyfingers in the chai, place half of the soaked ladyfingers in a dish.
- Spread half of the cream on top. Then lay out the second layer of ladyfingers and add the second layer of cream.
- Dust with the dry More Protein Iced Chai Latte + cocoa powder mixture.
- Chill for at least 2–3 hours, preferably overnight.
