1. Ingredients (for 6 servings)

  1. 250 g low-fat quark
  2. 250 g light mascarpone (24% fat content)
  3. 75 g sugar substitute, ground to powder, e.g., No More Sugar
  4. 2 scoops flavor powder, e.g., Chunky Flavour Neutral
  5. 200 g ladyfingers
  6. 4 egg yolks
  7. 2 egg whites
  8. 25 g More Protein Iced Chai Latte (prepared in a shaker with 100 ml milk)
  9. Dash of syrup for coffee, e.g., Zerup Barista Salted Caramel
  10. 1 tsp Protein Iced Chai Latte mixed with 3 tsp cocoa powder

2. Preparation

  1. Cream low-fat quark, mascarpone, No More Sugar & Chunky Flavour.
  2. Stir in egg yolks. Beat egg whites until stiff and carefully fold in.
  3. Prepare Protein Iced Chai Latte (with milk + Salted Caramel Zerup).
  4. Briefly soak ladyfingers in the chai, place half of the soaked ladyfingers in a dish.
  5. Spread half of the cream on top. Then lay out the second layer of ladyfingers and add the second layer of cream.
  6. Dust with the dry More Protein Iced Chai Latte + cocoa powder mixture.
  7. Chill for at least 2–3 hours, preferably overnight.
