1. Ingredients (for 1 wrap)
For Wrap + Filling:
- 1 More Protein Wrap
- 150 g light cream cheese
- 2 tbsp light grated Gouda
- More Spices, Knobilicious
- Cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 2 KCAL Oil Spray, for the pan
Optional Toppings:
- 1 fried egg
- More Spices

2. Preparation
- Mix ingredients for the cheese cream in a bowl and spread it on the wrap.
- Place cherry tomatoes on the cheese cream and carefully fold the wrap (👉 For perfect folding, use this folding technique.)
- Heat a pan with oil, fry the wrap until crispy on both sides, and remove from the pan.
- Then fry the fried egg until it reaches the desired doneness.
