1. Ingredients (for 2 Chicken Burgers)

For the burger bun:

  • 100g spelt flour
  • 25g More Protein Cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp quark
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 15g fried onions
  • 15g light cheese, grated

  • Knead all ingredients into a dough, divide into four portions, and roll each into a palm-sized, round flatbread on a lightly floured surface.
  • Fry the flatbreads in a pan with oil spray for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Then fry the chicken breast fillets in a pan prepared with oil spray until golden brown on both sides.
  • Finally, spread each bun half with a tablespoon of sauce, top with chips, lettuce, and chicken, fold together and enjoy!
