1. Ingredients (for 2 Chicken Burgers)
For the burger bun:
- 100g spelt flour
- 25g More Protein Cream
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp quark
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 15g fried onions
- 15g light cheese, grated
For topping:
- 300g chicken breast (2x 150g fillet pieces)
- 2 KCAL Oil Spray
- Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, ...
- 4 tbsp Light Gourmet Sauce, e.g., Honey Mustard (2 tbsp per chicken burger)

2. Preparation
- Knead all ingredients into a dough, divide into four portions, and roll each into a palm-sized, round flatbread on a lightly floured surface.
- Fry the flatbreads in a pan with oil spray for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Then fry the chicken breast fillets in a pan prepared with oil spray until golden brown on both sides.
