1. Ingredients for 1 serving
For the Porridge:
- 30 g rolled oats
- 50 g More Protein of your choice
- 10 g dark chocolate
- Frozen berries
For the Topping:
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 2 scoops Chunky Flavour of your choice
2. Preparation
- Cover the rolled oats well with water and cook in the microwave for 2-3 minutes or bring to a boil in a saucepan until they have a "porridge-like" consistency.
- Remove the cooked oats from the microwave / saucepan and add some frozen berries.
- Now add the dark chocolate with a high cocoa content, which will then melt in the porridge.
- Then let it cool down a bit and stir in the protein powder.
- For the topping: Mix the low-fat quark with a little water to make it creamy, then mix with 1-3 scoops of Chunky Flavour (depending on desired sweetness).
- Then spread the topping on the cooled porridge.
