1. Ingredients (for 2–3 servings)
- 200 g spirali pasta
- 1 pack cherry tomatoes
- 2 KCAL Oil Spray Butter
- Pepper
For the yogurt dressing:
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 100 g cream cheese
- 25 g protein powder, e.g. More Protein Cream or Neutral
- 3 tsp medium-hot mustard
- 4 tbsp Light Sauce, e.g. Ceasar Cheese
- Juice of half a lemon
- Spice blends (Knobilicious + Italian Allrounder)
- Fresh herbs (e.g. dill or parsley)

2. Preparation
- Cook pasta al dente, place in a bowl and mix with oil spray to prevent sticking.
- Gently fold all other ingredients into the pasta.
- Mix all ingredients for the sauce and combine with the still-warm pasta.
