1. Ingredients for 2 servings
For the peach compote:
- 2 peaches (~250 g)
- 0.5 scoops Chunky Flavour, e.g. Neutral or Vanilla Perfection
- 200 ml water
- 2 tbsp cornstarch + a splash of water
- 30 g Clear Whey Protein Isolate, e.g. Peach Passionfruit Iced Tea, mixed with 100 ml water
For the coconut cream:
- 50 g protein powder, e.g. Coconut Milk or Cream
- 1 scoop Chunky Flavour, e.g. Vanilla Perfection
- 50 g low-fat quark
- 80–100 ml (plant-based) milk
- 50 ml light cream
Topping:
- Coconut flakes
2. Preparation
- Wash, pit, and cut peaches into small pieces, then cook with Chunky Flavour flavoring powder & water over medium heat for approx. 10 minutes.
- Stir cornstarch smooth in a little water and add to the cooked peaches.
- Meanwhile, prepare More Clear in a shaker, add to the cooled peach compote, and mix well.
- Pour the peach compote into two glasses and chill.
- Meanwhile, mix the coconut cream in a shaker.
- Once the peach compote is cooled, top with coconut cream and garnish with coconut flakes.
