Ingredients for 2 glasses:

  • 100g pasta (raw weight)
  • 2 KCALS Oil Spray, e.g., butter
  • Zucchini, spiralized
  • Lamb's lettuce
  • Peas
  • Nuts, salted

For the Parmesan Dip:

Preparation:

  • Cook pasta al dente, after cooking, mix with a few sprays of 2 KCALS Oil Spray (prevents pasta from sticking).
  • Now first divide the zucchini into two glasses and then fill with lamb's lettuce and peas.
  • Now mix the ingredients for the Parmesan dip into a compact cream and form the top layer in the glass along with the nuts.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
