Ingredients for 2 glasses:
- 100g pasta (raw weight)
- 2 KCALS Oil Spray, e.g., butter
- Zucchini, spiralized
- Lamb's lettuce
- Peas
- Nuts, salted
For the Parmesan Dip:
- 4 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 4 tbsp Crème Fraîche
- 2 tbsp low-calorie sauce, e.g., Honey Mustard
- 1 tsp spice blend, More Spices Herbal Salt
- 1 scoop flavor powder Chunky Flavor Neutral
- Pepper
Preparation:
- Cook pasta al dente, after cooking, mix with a few sprays of 2 KCALS Oil Spray (prevents pasta from sticking).
- Now first divide the zucchini into two glasses and then fill with lamb's lettuce and peas.
- Now mix the ingredients for the Parmesan dip into a compact cream and form the top layer in the glass along with the nuts.
