Ingredients:
For the brownie batter:
- 140g flour
- 30g protein powder e.g. More Protein Chocolate Brownie
- 2–4 scoops Chunky Flavour, e.g. Fudge Brownie
- 30 g Foodist (baking) cocoa
- 100 g erythritol-stevia mix, e.g. No More Sugar
- 125–150 ml milk
- 85 g light butter, melted
- 85 g sugar-free dark chocolate (melted)
- 3 eggs
Toppings:
- 100 g frozen strawberries, halved
- 25 g favorite nuts
- 25 g sugar-free dark chocolate
Preparation:
- Mix the ingredients for the brownie batter, pour into a greased (2 KCAL oil spray) ovenproof dish and garnish with the toppings.
- The batter should not be too liquid!
- Now bake for 25–35 min at 175 degrees.
- Finally, let the brownies cool down and ENJOY!
Tip: In an airtight container, the brownies will stay moist and fresh in the fridge for several days!
