Ingredients:
- 250 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 50 g Protein Pudding
- 15 g protein powder, e.g., More Protein Cream
- 150 g low-fat quark or soy skyr
- 1–2 scoops of Chunky Flavour, e.g., Vanilla Perfection
Preparation:
- Pour the cold milk into a bowl and whisk it together with the protein pudding powder using an electric hand mixer for 1 minute until a delicious, thick pudding cream forms (it will be better than with a whisk!).
- Then stir in the low-fat quark, protein powder and Chunky Flavour.
- Now just top and enjoy!
